Choya, Wife, and the lovely Meredith and Rachel of Forty Winks and I got together on Voting Day to angrily agree with each other’s politics. We drowned our sorrows with a cheapie or two (or three), until Choya –ever my keeper of style– pulled out a Shiraz with one of the hottest labels ever to dress a wine bottle, courtesy of Mollydooker Winery.

Extra points for the slick illo style; The Boxer feels like he stumbled out of a frame from Steamboat Mickey. And as for the two left gloves: Apparently “Mollydooker” is Aussie for “Left hander.” Vocabulary enhancement is just another one of alcohol’s little blessings.
